About the Role

Our Community and Editorial Coordinator is a people-person at heart. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Community and Editorial Coordinator will be responsible for building relationships with and content for our target audience, influencers, and brands across all digital social platforms. They specialize in making every piece of content and interaction personal and positive, while also hitting KPI targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Represent Shoots 'N Leaves through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism
Write purposeful, consumer-led copy with a masterful sense of tone to engage relevant audiences
Build and establish relationships with a list of relevant brands, influencers and content creators
Liaise with the leadership team to launch campaigns and deliver on partnership agreementsÂ
Manage blog content from concept through to production, working with leadership to deliver the final product
Facilitate partnership agreements, create campaign strategies, coordinate content creation with the Production Team, submit content for approval, submit invoices and ensure timelines and brand guidelines are met
Build weekly KPI report for the Vice President of Operations that highlights engagement, reach and costs
Respond to all inbound and outbound social media inquiries to build a community of people who love our brands and shows
Be active on social media and ensure that our entire community has a positive experience
Maintain brand standards and consistency in copywriting
Develop proactive ideas and innovative, creative solutions to engage audiences and partners
Ensure consistency of tone and style across all copy executions
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years experience as a community manager and/or copywriter for an agency, in-house creative team or in custom content or magazines
Has a compelling portfolio that elevates a brand's DNA
A passion for interior design and renovationÂ
Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Wordpress
Has an eye for photography and a strong understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Premier, and/or Final Cut
Able to make qualitative and quantitative judgements regarding engagement and brand fit
Must be entrepreneurial, take ownership of all tasks and be a hustler while also collaborating with the team on dividing workload and larger brand efforts
Be detail oriented, and able to track the success of campaigns and content and report on results
Skilled at distilling information into engaging stories that are fun to read and informativeÂ
Is detail oriented, and can work on tight, shifting deadlines
Thrive in a team environment and play well with others in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Has great taste and are up to speed with relevant interior design, renovation and fashion trendsÂ
Experience with SEO copy a plus
